How does Roti Mami work?

Roti Mami currently operates in two delicious ways: Roti Mami Casual and Roti Mami Fancy.

Roti Mami Casual is our more laid-back offering think rotis in the style of tacos, often filled with slow-cooked beef or, for vegetarians, a daal and chickpea version topped with fresh herbs, mint-chilli yoghurt and pickled onions. Imagine a kati roll, but with a twist. We usually serve these alongside Bengali snacks at street food pop-ups, wine bars and parties across Berlin. It’s soulful, affordable and always cooked with love.

Roti Mami Fancy, on the other hand, is our elevated experience a multi-course Bengali dinner complete with intimate tablescaping, curated playlists and refined ingredients. Past menus in NYC have featured crab, scarlet prawns, and other indulgent bites. Also a really fun experience!

For now, these two formats let us share the richness of Bengali food in two different ways whether you’re grabbing a bite on the go or sitting down for something more special.
