Upcoming Residency at Makan, CDMX
We're teaming up with Makan — a Singaporean restaurant in the Juárez neighborhood known for its vibrant Southeast Asian flavors and community-driven dinners.
Founded by chefs Maryann Yong and Mario Malvaez.
Makan blends traditional technique with contemporary flair, serving up plates like Hainanese chicken rice, laksa, and chili crab. It’s a space made for sharing — open kitchen, big energy, and food that brings people together.
We're bringing Bengali soul food with that second-gen energy: rotis, slow-cooked dishes, and plates made with feeling. It’s a perfect match — both of us rooted in memory, movement, and the joy of feeding people well.
